Solid device, slow delivery

Got the SuperBox S4 Pro. The device itself is really good, performs well and the interface is user-friendly. I'm generally happy with it. My only gripe was the delivery time; it took just over a week to arrive, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Also, the Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo I ordered alongside it works fine, but the trackpad feels a little small for comfortable use. Overall, a good product, just wish shipping was faster and the combo was slightly better.

I bought the SuperBox S5 Plus to replace an older streaming stick. The ordering was straightforward, their site is easy to navigate. Delivery took about 8 days to reach California, which was a bit longer than I hoped for but still acceptable. Packaging was secure. Setting up the S5 Plus was simple, basically plug and play. Performance is much better than my old device, the 6K Ultra HD looks crisp. Customer support wasn't needed, everything worked fine out of the box. I'd recommend it if you're looking for an upgrade.
